Processing: advanced heat treatment process, quenching and tempering treatment,

after turning, matching and other processing, red set interference hot welding,

stress relief, finish turning, medium frequency quenching, fine grinding,

thick hard chromium plating, fine grinding, and then ultra fine grinding

Parameters: straightness, runout and concentricity ≤ 0.002mm. After quenching, the hardness

of roller surface is HRC55 ~ 58, and after hard chromium plating, the hardness is above HRC65.
