Prepreg electromagnetic heating roller
Material processing: select high-quality 45 ᦇ steel and alloy steel, quenching and tempering with advanced heat
treatment process and medium frequency quenching. After quenching, the hardness can reach
hrc55-58, and the wall thickness of roller inner wall is fine turning.
Heating mode: electromagnetic induction heating, energy saving efficiency of more than 50%.
Surface treatment: hard chromium plating, grinding and polishing mirror surface, roughness ra0.01 (finish grade 14).
Manufacturing accuracy: straightness, runout, concentricity ≤ 0.002mm, roller surface temperature difference ≤± 1 ℃,
Temperature control accuracy ≤± 0.1 ℃
