Characteristics: 

Non-sticky: Almost all substances do not glue with Teflon coatings. 

         Even very thin film also display goo non-adhesive performance.

Heat resistance:

The Teflon coating has good resistance to heat and low temperatures. 

The heat-resistant temperature can reach 300℃ in a short period of time.,

has significant thermal stability:It can be used continuously between 240℃ to 260℃ .

When it works at freezing temperatures it could be without embrittling and at high temperatures without melting. 

Abrasion resistance:

The Teflon coating has a lower friction coefficient .It is only between 0.05 and 0.15 even when the load is sliding.  

Good corrosion resistance:

Teflon is almost can not eroded by drugs and protect the parts from any kind of chemical corrosion. 

Application:Widely used in rubber, plastic, textile, paper making, food, chemical,P or C or B electronic industry ,etc.
