Selection and cleaning methods of coating roll cleaning agent

Operation steps:
1 glue tank, cleaning roller coating with ethyl acetate.
2 glue tank pad on the 3-4 Zhang Bomo (OPP, PET, CPP, LLDPE can be).
The 3 side of the coating roll slow rotation, while using a paintbrush washing liquid coated on its surface, and then the static 5~10min.
4 metal brush on the surface of hard roll brushing 2~3 times.
5 not wash again with a brush for cleaning.
6 with ethyl acetate is 2~3L with the fine copper wire brush will plate wash wash except.
7 the groove is filled with washing liquid, remove a thin film of ethyl acetate.
8 then in the groove with about 10L of ethyl acetate in contact with the coating roller, and slowly rotating roller coating, simultaneously with the metal brush and silk cloth wash to clean up.
9 repeat 7 operation.
10 repeat 8, 9 operation (in order to make the foreign body was removed completely.)
11 3~5L ethyl acetate, the coating roller with edge with silk scouring.
12 dry waste cleaning coating roller cleaning.
13 remove the groove of the acetic acid ethyl acetate and pad on the film.
14 cleaning cycle according to the appearance of the product to determine every week or two, general cleaning once a good.
Matters needing attention:
1 plate wash SP-751 acid solution, the operation must wear rubber gloves, goggles and masks and other protective equipment.
